RETURNS

Due to health and safety reasons, our edible and perishable products are not returnable.

Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery for damaged or broken items for non-edible/perishable products that are in new and unused condition with all of the original packaging, accessories, etc.

No refunds will be given for change of mind returns or incorrect orders made by the recipient.

For packages that are lost in transit and haven’t been marked as delivered, please submit a claim directly with the courier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen products that have been confirmed delivered from the courier.

We are not responsible for items that are returned back to us if a package was refused or undeliverable. If you would like the items to be sent back to you after it arrives to our facility, please contact us at tokitea.us@gmail.com with your order number and mailing address. Please ensure all address information is entered correctly. You will be responsible for the delivery cost to re-ship.

REFUND

All refunds must have a return merchandize authorization (RMA) number. Please contact customer service at tokitea.us@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain a RMA number. Our customer support team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions on how to return your order.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of goods or proof of returned delivery.

Once we have received and inspected your items, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your items are approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for inspection upon receipt of your return and 3-5 business days for your credit card company or bank to process your refund.

REPLACEMENTS

If your items arrived damaged or defective, submit a ticket through our Contact Us page or email tokitea.us@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will conduct further investigation and provide a replacement if approved.

When submitting your ticket, please include the following:

  • Name on the order

  • Order number

  • Receipt

  • Photo of defective or damaged item

CANCELLATIONS

If your order needs to be cancelled for any reason, you must notify us within 1 business day of your receipt/order date.
